Advertising Opportunities
Thank you for your interest in advertising with the US Horse Directory. We offer a variety of ad spaces that display advertisements generated by Google Adwords. Our ad spaces display both text and banner ads as dictated by Google. We do not deal directly with adverters. Below we have listed a brief set of instructions to get you started with Google Adwords.
- You must first sign-up for a Google Adwords account.
- Once your account has been approved and funded, you can decide which keywords you want to bid on and start writing ads.
- After your campaign is ready to go, make sure that the targeting setting (campaign level setting) allows for ads to be displayed on Google's content network.
- When you allow your ads to be displayed on Google's content network, by default they will be made available to the entire content network. Adwords allows you to explicity define which network sites that your ads are display on, this is refered to as a placement.
- The only guaranteed way to get your ads to display on the US Horse Directory is to utilitze managed placements. Please follow Google's Managed Placement Insturctions if you are interested in doing this.
- Here is a great link that will explain the different advertising networks that are available to you with Google Adwords.
- All of our advertising spaces are cable of accepting text ads or image ads (banners).
